Firstly, we want to say we sincerely hope you; your friends and family are healthy during these potentially stressful times.
In lieu of recent events and public concerns surrounding the COVID-19 episode, we have chosen to communicate with you the measures we have taken to maintain a clean and safe environment for our patients.
I want to ensure you that our office is safe and clean, and we have fully implemented CDC screening and infection control policies.
Patients that are not feeling well for whatever reason should not come to the office. Any patient that has traveled recently to a high-risk area should quarantine themselves and should reschedule their treatment for at least two weeks.
All patients will be asked to fill out a short health screening questionnaire so that we can help keep our staff and patients safe.
Our office has stepped up the frequency of cleaning of common touch surfaces such as door handles, countertops, pens, phones, and keyboards.
Our office maintains the highest standard of infection control and cleanliness. CDC has not recommended any other measures beyond the due diligence we take every day.
We have sufficient stock of supplies to be able to operate through several months of supply shortages.
We have implemented medical grade air purifiers and converted our ventilation systems to negative pressure lite to protect our patients and staff.
We request our patients to KINDLY continue to respect your appointment times as our clinical time will be increasingly limited and must be dispersed properly to be able to meet the demands of the rest of our patients. Non-urgent last-minute cancellations unfortunately inhibit our abilities to be adequately scheduled and carry out our duties. Please give us advanced notice of any cancellations as soon as possible by calling us at 301-685-0389.
Thank You
